Ever since its reconfiguration in 1990 , it has used 100 percent , post-consumer recycled fiber in its production of highperformance linerboard . Green Bay operates two containerboard mills , which also produce linerboard and additional corrugated mediums in the full spectrum of basis weights . Both mills are certified to Sustainable Forestry Initiative ( SFI ) standards with the division also being Forest Stewardship Council ( FSC ) certified .
