Over the last 12 months , we ’ ve invested in three major projects to support business growth . Firstly , we reconfigured our Oxford facility and installed a mezzanine floor to house five ultrasonic washing machines to anneal plastic parts and remove surface impurities that may impact adhesion during assembly . We also installed multiple new automated molding machines , robots , and conveyers to facilitate high-volume scanner part production .
“ We also expanded Oxford ’ s ISO Class 7 cleanroom to increase capacity by 40 percent , which will support new business wins moving forward . We ’ re planning to launch new products with our medical customer base in 2024 using our extended facility . In South Wales , we added a new 600-square-meter warehouse and upgraded our chilled water and compressed air services .”
Paul adds : “ We ’ re also constructing a new £ 10-million facility that will become the new home of Terinex Flexibles , an OGM Holdings Group company . Terinex Flexibles is a leading supplier of printed flexible packaging films and solutions used within the food , pet food , and medical packaging industries . The 46,000-square-foot , state-of-the-art site , which is set to be completed in January 2024 , will include production , warehousing , and research and development facilities . It will also feature advanced sustainable energy systems to recover and re-use heat as part of
