This determination has resulted in a prosperous and enduring partnership as we continue to collaborate with TfL , striving to achieve its vision of zero deaths and serious injuries on London ’ s roads . Nonetheless , the overarching goal of our partnership with TfL is to improve the public transportation system and comply with customer requirements by incorporating innovative features within our vehicles . Such features include a hearing impairment system allowing individuals with hearing impairments to receive announcements and information through their hearing aids , as well as a special wheelchair area equipped with easily accessible bell pushes , USB charging ports , a visible monitor position displaying
announcements , and handrails to assist passengers with mobility challenges . These features – and many more – are also available more broadly throughout our vehicles , making transportation safer and more accessible to everyone ,” Ashraf states .
