In 2006 , Hydro Systems expanded its presence even further as it opened up its first Asian office in Shanghai , China , before proceeding to embark on a series of strategic acquisitions several years later . Aside from purchasing Nova Controls back in 1998 , the business bought Chemilizer in 2010 , Dosmatic in 2011 , and Dositec in 2021 following a successful partnership dating back to 2015 .

Its products can be found across a large number of markets and industries , including horticulture , animal health , laundromat / laundry , kitchen , car wash ,
facility cleaning and industrial sectors . The Hydro Systems product range comprises various innovationdriven technologies designed to optimize precision and reliability , whilst ensuring safe , sustainable operation .
Hydro Systems offers two main types of pumps : water-driven and peristaltic . Its water-driven pumps , of which include Hydro Systems ’ iconic AquaBlend range , the Chemilizer and the E-Dos , are durable and completely fuelled by water , offering a highly sustainable solution in comparison to electrified alternatives . Water flow activates the pump ’ s piston assembly , which , in turn , activates the chemical injection process . Each chemical can be controlled by a separate pump and the volume of injection is kept proportional to the flow of water , helping to speed up and simplify the entire process .
