As John details:“ We’ re currently working on several experimental projects. Our focus is on large components in a number of specific areas, including subs and assembled structures.
“ Our goals are to reduce unnecessary spending and improve quality for our customers, and we’ ve seen a lot of success in these areas. Striving to improve has always been a big motivator for the business, and it’ s become even more important in regard to our current ongoing programs.
“ We’ ve adopted a number of strategies to achieve our goals. For example, we’ ve taken an overview of our processes and worked on some of our higher quantity programs to ensure consistency. We’ ve also put a lot of research time into minimizing costs while maintaining, and even raising the bar, for quality.”
Innovation, dedication, and boundarypushing keeps Janicki Industries focused on the future. Looking ahead, John considers what’ s next for the business:“ We’ re looking to achieve continuous growth over the coming year. One of our priorities is ensuring our entire workforce is well informed and trained across as many areas as possible. With more capabilities, we’ re also investing in more capacity. We have new facilities that will be operational soon, and the additional technology, alongside our team of experts, will ensure the company can continue taking care of its customers.
