Italy and America, for instance, have their own styles of pizza, so we try to look at what’ s trending in foods and flavors, as well as what people are willing to buy enough of to keep the product on the shelf. For us, it’ s always a delicate balance of pushing the edge of innovation whilst also understanding that it takes a lot of time and money to push something new out to the market.
“ Our new facility is just a piece of the puzzle. We’ re continuously looking for ways to improve our pizzas and our processes to keep everything up to date and refreshed. Everything, from the way we source our ingredients to the way we market our products, is all centered around continuous improvement and innovation.”
