custom products a lot more quickly than our competitors, who often use offshore producers. That’ s something we’ re really proud of.
“ We carry out extensive research and development at our manufacturing facilities. For instance, we have anti-microbial technology that is infused into our high-tech polymer and prevents mold and mildew.” Matt adds:“ The bathroom can add tremendous property value, but it is the room most vulnerable to problems. This is why everything we produce is engineered to protect against water damage. Our product design and manufacturing methods make it possible to offer a lifetime warranty on our tubs, showers and walls. For anyone who has had to face the nightmare of water damage, that peace of mind means everything.”
As part of its latest evolution, the company is rebranding in 2025. Having recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, the Bath Concepts team decided to take things to the next level. As Matt discloses:“ We’ d gone by
BCI Acrylic for many years, and now we offer much more than acrylic. It is the right time to adopt a name that is more consumerfriendly and that captures the full depth of our product offering.
“ After a lot of consideration, we converted to Bath Concepts. It’ s been a success in terms of consolidating our go-to-market strategy and supporting our dealer marketing efforts. The name change is just one step toward scaling the business and taking it to the next level.”
“ Within Bath Concepts, we have two flagship brands – Bath Planet and Luxury Bath – these are networks of dealers that carry different lines of our product,” Matt explains. The Luxury Bath brand is a world-class leader in anti-microbial technology for custom tubs and showers. Rigorous testing has earned the certifications of UL( Underwriter Labs) and NAHB / Home Innovation Research Labs. We also work with GuildQuality – a leading consumer survey organization.
