As our conversation comes to a close, Glenn shares his thoughts on how the company will continue to flourish in 2026 and beyond.“ Currently, we are bringing in more automation to enhance our manufacturing process, not to replace our people but rather to empower them,” he says.“ Manufacturing is an art that needs to be reinvigorated in the US, and we strive to do this through a combination of automation and personal development.
“ In terms of the future, we plan for organic growth of approximately eight-to-12 percent every year. We will also leverage acquisition opportunities along the way if they align with our business and add value to our operations,” Glenn concludes.“ There is always room for advancement in terms of both the products we sell and the services we offer, but we’ re conscious to retain our approach to innovation and customer service as our operations expand.” ■
