Founded in 1935 as a welding, brazing and soldering house, Alloy Precision Technologies( Alloy) has evolved through four owners and a diverse history into a leading provider of industrial bellows and bellow assemblies for power generation, petrochemical, aerospace, and defense sectors. Today, Alloy is on a journey of change and innovation, having invested more than $ 4 million in new equipment and technologies in the past few years.

President and CEO Michael Canty shares more about Alloy’ s ongoing evolution.“ Our primary emphasis is high-quality, precision industrial bellows and bellows assemblies, but we also offer standalone products and services, including welding, brazing, and soldering as contract services for aerospace & defense markets,” Michael opens.“ Our precision CNC machining services are delivered across more than 40 modern CNC and Swiss machines, and our‘ Tubular Designs’ branded thin-walled, seamed tubing is sold to motor, fuel cell, aerospace, and other industrial markets.
“ We have recently developed a wholly owned subsidiary, Production Pulse LLC, which provides production analytic and machine monitoring software internally. Shortly, this state-of-the-art analytic software will be available for significant revenueenhancing licensing. Production Pulse Modules include ShopPulse, Industrial Internet of Things( IIoT) machine monitoring production analytics; ProgramPulse, for fully secured, CMMC Compliant, CNC / PLC program use and control; and InspectionPulse for data analytics of inspection processes.
