Data Centres
Park site in Chertsey – a modular data centre that combines cutting-edge cooling technology with industry-leading PUE targets to help customers meet aggressive sustainability goals without compromising performance.
“ We successfully delivered the UK’ s first large-scale AI data centre for Nebius back in August 2025 at our Longcross site, executed on time and to budget. Delivering on time is something that we pride our business on – we say it, we do it, and prove it,” Andy elaborates.“ This deployment hosted the next generation NVIDIA Blackwell GPU chips, which are specially designed for large-scale AI training and inference, ultimately delivering trillions of computations per second. The 64-kilowatt racks in this infrastructure are cooled by direct fresh air management, utilising BladeRoom cooling technology that can provide higher outputs per kilowatt for customers.”
Whilst this project marks a significant milestone in Ark’ s innovation journey, it also expertly reflects and scales the principles that underpin the company’ s approach to every development. Combining technical innovation with precision execution, the company is built to move quickly without compromising on quality or performance, setting the pace in an increasingly time-critical market.
“ In the data centre space, speed to market is a really important factor,” Andy affirms.“ We’ re unique in that we have our own dedicated factory space, so we’ re able to work in faster succession than many others. That being said, we’ re always looking to improve. We’ ve got an ongoing project called‘ Ark of Truth’, which is an enabler for us to use AI tools across the business. Specifically, we’ re looking to implement AI across all our operations, from financial to commercial management and beyond.”
