our software to its full capabilities,” Mitch says.“ We’ re also improving other processes as we aim to address what we refer to as the hyperscalers gap by being prepared for larger projects. It’ s not just about being able to take on bigger projects but being able to provide the same standards of quality and service on a larger scale.”
The new regional plant in Waco plays a key role in these growth ambitions.“ In five years, we hope our Texas plant will be operational and running at full capacity,” Mitch states.“ Over the coming years, we’ re also supporting the construction of local daycares and affordable housing near the Texas plant for our team members, so it would be great to see those efforts come to fruition. We’ re also aiming to achieve more ISO certifications – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 – over the next twoto-three years. Alongside these goals, we’ ll continue to protect our company culture to ensure we maintain our friendly, open atmosphere despite growth.
“ It’ s an exciting time to be in the backup power industry because it’ s growing rapidly and showing no signs of slowing. We’ re blessed to be part of that growth and increasingly help companies or organizations to protect backup power to ensure it’ s there when it matters most.” ■
