The new facility gives Frazer room to improve production flow, add equipment, and support future growth. Investments include a laser punch combination machine, paint automation, a robotic sander, and an Autonomous Guided Vehicle to help move vehicle bodies through production.
For Laura, the new facility is important, but it is only one part of the story.“ We have grit, determination, and the ability to pivot,” she says.“ We want to be constantly pushing, innovating, and looking for where we can improve, and oftentimes those things come from outside our own industry.”
