By using In2tec’ s debondable conductive adhesive to replace conventional solder, chips and PCBs can be recovered for reuse and recycling. At EOL, their ReCycle solution is used in an ultrasonic bath to reverse the adhesive, making it possible to separate chips from the PCB.
