The Apleona Group’ s heritage has always been rooted in technical engineering excellence. Originally part of Bilfinger SE, the Group adopted the Apleona brand in 2016, marking the beginning of a new phase focused on integrated facilities management, technical services and sustainable real estate solutions.
Since adopting the brand, the company has continued to strengthen its capabilities through strategic investment and growth. A significant milestone came in August 2025 with the acquisition of Corrigenda, expanding Apleona UK’ s technical expertise with an additional team of more than 200 specialists, including 140 skilled technicians. The acquisition further enhanced the company’ s capabilities across mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC, energy management, statutory compliance, and wider technical services, while strengthening its support for clients in healthcare, education, housing, local government, retail and leisure.
