Cultech viability, to guarantee manufacturing success. For more complex or novel formulations, production trials are carried out on fullscale equipment, proactively identifying and resolving challenges before first batch manufacture begins. By combining personal service with extensive stock holdings of raw materials and packaging, Cultech delivers seamless, end-to-end manufacturing solutions for every client and criteria.
“ We recently launched our Lab4 probiotics as raw material blends. Normally we manufacture products for our customers containing Lab4, but in certain circumstances it’ s helpful to just provide Lab4 as a raw material, such as in cases where it’ s more difficult to export as finished goods or if the customer has a preferred local manufacturer. By offering our Lab4 in this way, we hope to widen our offering,” Pablo explains.
“ Additionally, we recently launched a new brand called ProVen Vitamins. In this range we have delicious chewable multivitamin tablets which provide all the essential vitamins. This is an experiential brand and caters for those that want great tasting products that deliver nutritional value.”
As these operations continue to scale, Cultech proceeds to power ahead through strategic investments at every level of the business, particularly in R & D and continuous improvement initiatives. For example, major capital investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing – from encapsulation and tableting to conveyor-based bottling and sachet systems – has significantly expanded the company’ s capacity at its Port Talbot site.
Alongside this drive for operational excellence, Cultech is equally focused on building a responsible, futureready business, ensuring that its manufacturing scalability is matched by meaningful progress in sustainability and ethical standards.
