The strength of diversification
Serving multiple industries has made Cadorath more resilient through shifting market cycles. Agriculture and aviation, in particular, have often moved in opposite directions over the past decade.
“ Diversification allows us to keep investing, in equipment, people, technology, and capacity, so customers get consistent support year-round,” says Brandy.
That breadth also accelerates cross industry learning, allowing solutions developed in one sector to improve outcomes in another, all within systems shaped by highly regulated environments and world-class OEM expectations.
Rolls-Royce AMROC: Raising the bar
Cadorath has been part of the Rolls-Royce FIRST Network since 2003 as an Authorized
Repair Facility for the M250 and RR300 helicopter engines. Transitioning to AMROC status was a natural progression.
“ We had already been repairing about 80 percent of major components since the early 1990s,” Brandy explains.“ As the industry consolidated, we chose to deepen our commitment.”
Meeting Rolls-Royce’ s standards required significant investment in facilities, tooling, training, quality systems, and traceability, raising performance across the entire organization. Over the years, Cadorath has received multiple Rolls-Royce awards recognizing investment, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and quality.
OEM partnerships that shape growth
Working closely with OEMs has played a significant role in Cadorath’ s growth strategy.
