Early success supporting Rolls-Royce programs demonstrated the value of investing deeply in OEM requirements, which has since led to work supporting additional programs with companies such as Airbus, John Deere, CNH, and other Rolls-Royce platforms.

Lafayette: Capacity where it counts
Expansion in Lafayette began with a simple question: how best to support customers in a region with high aircraft activity. After launching engine services in a smaller leased space, growing demand, particularly from Airbus approvals, made it clear that purpose-built capacity was needed.
The result was a new facility co-located with the component MRO operation, improving workflow, communication, and turn times while creating room for future growth.
Innovation through discipline and process
Innovation at Cadorath is both technical and operational. ERP and tracking upgrades now provide real-time visibility into workflow and quality metrics, while AI is being explored to support planning, scheduling, documentation, and decision-making.
Technically, the company has developed more than 1,000 OEM-aligned aviation repair processes, introduced cleaner electroplating chemistries, expanded proprietary coatings, and patented rollforming technology that improves auger consistency, durability, and efficiency.
