In 2013, SADEV Transmissions, Inc, was born in Mooresville, USA, and two years later, SADEV became a key supplier in Formula E – a major landmark in its journey. In 2022, SADEV became significantly involved in the FIA World Endurance Championship( WEC). By 2024, the company had expanded its scope with the creation of SADEV Industries, an international industrial group uniting several complementary subsidiaries: SADEV Racing Transmission( focusing on the production of motorsport gearboxes), Billard Engrenages( gear manufacturing), Tunisie Applications Mécaniques( precision machining), VADP( mechanical production), SERODEM( precision machining, tooling, and custom parts), and BESSIN RECTIFICATION( high‐precision grinding). Together, these subsidiaries strengthen SADEV Industries’ vertical integration, boost production capacity, and open opportunities in strategic industrial markets such as aerospace, petrochemicals, rail, energy, defense, and beyond.
