These developments support scale without corresponding increases in headcount and provide decision-making tools across the business.
Physical investment is another key part of the strategy. A. Perry bought a neighboring site and redeveloped it to expand space and launch new projects. The
team also set up a business hub with storage units and offices.“ That redevelopment gives us more operational capacity and creates another revenue stream through rentals,” Guy says.
