Operational change
Product development needs strong operational support. A. Perry has invested in systems and infrastructure to support its plans. Over the past year, it put £ 300,000 into IT upgrades, including a move to Microsoft Business Central.“ It wasn’ t easy, but it’ s delivered a lot of efficiency gains. Our teams now process orders faster and with fewer errors, so we can serve customers more reliably,” Guy remarks.
